15–16 October 2026 – International Forum "Past, Present and Future of Mineral Waters in the Republic of Bulgaria"
The National Chamber of Mineral Waters of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Bulgarian Business Council in Dubai, with the media partnership of the Bulgarian News Agency (BTA), are organizing a two-day international forum, which will take place on 15–16 October 2026 at the Grand Hotel Sofia, Sofia Hall.
The forum aims to promote mineral waters as a public asset, showcase their untapped potential, and encourage the sustainable development of health tourism, balneology, regional development, and the economy.
The programme features six thematic panel discussions dedicated to the historical, cultural, and natural heritage of Bulgaria's mineral waters, health and tourism, innovations in balneology, energy independence, regional development, and international cooperation between Bulgaria and Dubai.
The forum will include presentations, panel discussions, round-table sessions, an exhibition area, bilateral business meetings, and networking opportunities. A cultural tour for participants will also take place on 16 October 2026.
The forum will bring together representatives of government institutions, local authorities, academia, the business community, and international organizations in a shared dialogue on transforming Bulgaria's mineral waters into a strategic resource for sustainable development, economic growth, and the nation's long-term prosperity.
